Moments are everywhere. Marketing is in the office.

Every day, your teams create moments that show what company life is really like: a finished job, a customer handover, an unexpected laugh, a regular walking through the door.

Marketing is often in the office deciding what to post, while the best material sits unseen on employees’ phones. Pillarbox creates the handoff.

Your teams see these moments. Pillarbox helps marketing see them too.

One link for staff. One review desk for marketing.

Employees only touch the first step. Pillarbox keeps every photo, video, draft, and decision connected after that.

Before you hand out the link.

Will our employees actually use it?

They do not need access to your social accounts or a caption to contribute. They open Pillarbox, choose a photo or video, and send it. The task feels familiar because it is as simple as sharing media from a phone.

What if someone sends something we would never post?

It stays in the private inbox. Your marketing team chooses what gets used, what gets saved, and what gets ignored. A submission is not a published post.

Does Pillarbox post automatically?

Not unless you choose that setup. Review and approval can stay between every submission and every published post, so your team keeps the final say.

Is this an AI content generator?

Not in the usual sense. Your employees provide the real photos, videos, and moments. Optional caption assistance can help shape a draft after the content arrives, but the source material always comes from your people.

Does it replace our social manager or agency?

It gives them the raw material they are usually missing. Your marketing lead or agency can keep owning the strategy, voice, and final decisions with a much better supply of content.

What happens to content we do not post right away?

It remains organized in your company library, ready for future social posts, recruiting, newsletters, proposals, internal updates, and year-in-review content.

What could your team send this week?

Tell us a little about the company and who runs your social media. We will show you the employee experience, the marketing inbox, and what a rollout could look like.
